Speaker Dogara and the many petitions from Edo state
A member of the House of Representatives, (Egor/Ekpoba-Okha Federal Constituency, Edo state) Hon. Ehiozuwa Agbonayinma on Wednesday May 23 succeeded in submitting many petitions he received from his constituents before the Green Chambers in Abuja for consideration.
He brought a petition by Martin Bisor (Esq.) on behalf of Mr Noma Obinna against the Divisional Police officer (DPO) Ajuwi police state for intimidation, unlawful arrest and detention.
Another petition by him was from Ajuni Peter against the Nigerian Customs Service for wrongful dismissal.
Agbonayinma also brought a “passionate plea by Eng. David Ezekiel Muhammed for reversal or review of dismissal to termination given to him by the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.”
Among his many petitions was also and “urgent appeal by Mr Fidelis Anosike to investigate and address gross injustice and connivance by police high command and Corporate Affairs Commission to destroy Daily Times of Nigeria.”
